How much does it cost?
UGAL is a subscription based service. You pay on a monthly basis, as long as you use our services. We have made our pricing structure very transparent and straightforward:
- No setup fees
- No long terms contract
- You can cancel your service at any time, online

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you can use your own domain name with your UGAL website.
When you create a website with UGAL, it becomes immediately accessible to your visitors at http://yourname.ugal.com.
You can use your own domain name as well. The process is fairly simple:
- Register a domain name (let's say yourname.com).
- Update the DNS (Domain Name Server) records for your domain and create an alias for www.yourname.com that points to websites.ugal.net.
- Go to your website's dashboard, click "website settings" and add www.yourname.com to the list of domain names you want to use for your website.
- Wait a few hours for the DNS records to propagate, and your website becomes available at http://www.yourname.com

Can you create custom designs ?
When you create a website with UGAL, you have the choice between a number of designs. If none of them fits your needs, the following options are available:
- We can customize an existing design.
- We can create a new design just for you, from scratch.
- If you know how website design works (you will need to know CSS), you can create your own design and we can plug it to your website.
Contact us in any case, we would be sad to have you not use our services just because you did not find a design that you like.
How do I create a website ?
UGAL makes the process of creating a website very easy. It can be done right from your web browser, does not require any technical skills, and takes less than 5 minutes:
- Visit our website creation page.
- Choose the type of website you want.
- Fill in a simple form (no credit card required).
- Voilà. Your website is created and online.
UGAL is free to try for 30 days. If you decide to keep your new website beyond the 30 day trial period, we ask that you activate it.
