Product specifications management tools

A new interface to manage product specifications just made it to our servers. When you edit a product catalog, there is a new "Specifications" tab that allows to create, update and delete product specifications for the catalog:
Similar to the tool to manage content categories, this new interface allows for the following:
- Create new product specifications.
- Rename existing specifications.
- Delete existing specifications.
- Define the specifications' order of display by simple drag and drop (used to be that they were always listed in alphabetical order).
To access the new functionality, edit the properties for your product catalog and click the "Specifications" tab.
The interface to manage the products themselves has not changed.
