E-commerce admin order entry

You probably know the "admin view" that allows to quickly view and manage a product catalog. We are happy to launch today the admin order entry, for the e-commerce websites.
With this new feature website administrators can create e-commerce orders without having to navigate the product pages on the website front end. It is of particular interest for b2b websites where pricelists and terms can be complex, as well as for taking phone orders or for private sales.
Create an order
To access the admin order entry interface click the "New order" link that is now available from the "Store" tab of your website, above your e-commerce order list.
The interface allows to quickly populate a shopping cart and to modify each item price, the shipping charges and the discount to apply to the order.
- Search items in your catalogs by kewyrod and/or category.
- Choose the pricelist to apply.
- Add items by quantity to the shopping cart.
- Modify prices of items in the shopping cart.
- Enter the shipping charges to apply to the order.
- Apply a discount to the cart.
If the order is for a customer that has already placed an order, the shipping and the billing addresses will be defaulted with the information from their last order. Once the order is validated, it can be paid using one the payment methods that you have in place for your website.
