How does the 30-day free trial work?

You can try UGAL free of charge for 30 days. Your trial website is a fully functional website that includes all the features of UGAL. You will be reminded by email to activate your website if you want to keep it online beyond the trial period.

What do I need to install on my computer to use UGAL?

Nothing. Because UGAL is a web hosted solution, all you need is a web browser like Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.

What does unlimited pages, storage and bandwidth mean?

It means that you can create as many pages as you need, each with as many photos as you want. UGAL does not charge based on your bandwidth usage (number of visitors) either.

Is UGAL optimized for search engines?

Oh yes! Search engines will have no issues at all indexing your content and UGAL includes a lot of features designed to best help search engines understand your website.

Do I need to sign a contract to use UGAL?

No, there are no contracts or long term agreements. You can cancel your service at anytime and there are no cancellation fees.

Are there other fees?

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees. UGAL includes everything you need for your website: hosting, bandwidth, domain name and email.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard cards and check payments. Your card is charged once a month the amount corresponding to your plan. For check payments, we request that you prepay your website for at least 6 months.
